• Royal Sonesta Washington DC Dupont Circle - Look for their Spa Studio and Spa King Suite rooms which offer a spacious jetted Fuji soaking tub, and don't miss the excellent on-site Certo! Italian restaurant downstairs. Seasonal outdoor pool and fitness room. Pros: The location in Washington’s historic Dupont Circle means you are a short walk from Georgetown and plenty of galleries, museums, theatres, shops and restaurants. Cons: Parking is valet only at $65/night, Daily Guest Amenity Fee is $35/night. ERV Rating*: 88% - Very Good. Whirlpool Tub Size: 1 Person. Neighborhood Attractions and Restaurants:  The White House, Smithsonian Museum, and Kennedy Center are all about 1 mile from the hotel. Pembroke Restaurant is a 5-minute walk, and is known for it's sophisticated atmosphere and fresh ingredients. • Swann House - Much-loved Dupont Circle B&B housed in a gorgeous late 1800’s mansion. Suite number 5 on the 3rd floor offers a 2-person Whirlpool tub. Walk to Metro, shops and cafes, with easy access to many DC attractions. Pros: Pool and a complimentary breakfast each morning, afternoon refreshments and evening cordials. Cons: You must request off-street parking at the time of booking, and the charge is $33/day plus tax. Minimum 2-night stay is usually required on weekends. ERV Rating*: 94% - Excellent. Whirlpool Tub Size: 1 and 2 Person Tubs. Neighborhood Attractions and Restaurants: 1 mile from The White House, and 2 miles from the National Mall. The Keegan Theater is a 7-minute walk away. Holiday Inn Express Alexandria VA - our Video:

• Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alexandria/Fort Belvoir - We checked into this Holiday Inn and discovered a very nice budget-friendly hot tub suite getaway close to Washington DC (just 10 miles from DuPont Circle). They have King Suites with Whirlpool Tubs, and complimentary breakfast, as well as a shuttle to nearby attractions. Pros: Free parking, indoor pool and a late checkout time of 12:00 noon. Cons: No onsite restaurant, no pets allowed. ERV Rating*: 90% - Excellent. Whirlpool Tub Size: 2 Persons. Neighborhood Attractions and Restaurants: A couple of scenic parks are within walking distance. 1 mile to Historic Old Town Alexandria, National Harbor, and Tanger Outlets. Mexican, Mediterranean, Vietnamese, and American restaurants are a short walk away. (6055 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria VA 571-257-9555)

Pros: There’s on-site romantic dining, a beautiful outdoor courtyard, and you’re just across the Potomac River from Washington DC. Cons: Parking charge is $40/night or $18/hour. ERV Rating*: 86% - Very Good. Whirlpool Tub Size: 2 Persons. Neighborhood Attractions and Restaurants: Steps away from the scenic waterfront area, where you can enjoy the river walk and boat cruise. • Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Washington DC East Capitol Heights MD - For those in need of an inexpensive suite with a jetted tub near DC, try this Country Inn by Radisson. It's got Whirlpool Suites that include mini-fridge, microwave and 37” HDTV. Pros: Free breakfast and parking, and handy location near the Beltway. Cons: Some guests report noise issues. ERV Rating*: 50% - Fair. Whirlpool Tub Size: 2 Persons. Neighborhood Attractions and Restaurants: Summerfield Park and New Orchard Community Park are within walking distance....A vegan restaurant and a Peruvian Restaurant are 2-minute's walk. Rooms are spacious, with a generous-sized corner JACUZZI® Tub and walk-in shower. Downstairs you'll find an indoor pool, breakfast area and bar/lounge. Pros: Super-comfortable tub, very clean room, quiet, Starbucks next door. Cons:The location 5 miles from IAD Airport means there may be some noise. 29 miles from Downtown Washington DC. ERV Rating*: 78% - Very Good. JACUZZI® Tub Size: 2 Persons. Neighborhood Attractions and Restaurants: 6 miles from Frying Pan Farm Park, a real working farm with tours and carriage rides available.
